You authorize Devine Associates LLC to contact you by phone or text message using the wireless phone number you provide or any other phone number you provide in the future. You agree to indemnify Devine Associates LLC’s Service Providers for any claims, expenses, and damages resulting from your failure to notify them if you change your wireless phone number, including claims arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You agree to promptly notify Service Providers if you change your phone number. You may revoke your consent to receive calls by requesting to be placed on an internal Do Not Call list and text messages by responding with STOP. The Devine Associates LLC services are intended for adults only and are not directed at minors. Devine Associates LLC does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, and you should not provide any information regarding individuals under 13 years old.
